By accessing (the "Site"), operated by Sakura Bites ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms. The Site is a reference catalog for hand-shaped Japanese sushi delivered chilled across the United Arab Emirates. It is not a storefront; it is an informational listing of products with reference pricing.
1. Nature of the catalog
This Site does not process card payments and does not function as a transactional e-commerce checkout. Prices shown on product tiles are reference prices in AED, refreshed weekly against the day's catch. Final weight, item availability and total cost are confirmed by a member of our chef's atelier in a private email reply before any delivery is dispatched.
2. How an order begins
Every order begins with a free inquiry submitted through the on-page form. By submitting an inquiry you request that we contact you with a tailored proposal. Submission does not constitute a binding purchase. Payment is settled in person at the door — cash or by card — when our refrigerated van arrives at the delivery address you provided.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You will not attempt to access non-public areas, scrape product data or images for commercial reuse, or submit inquiries under false identities or with obviously incorrect contact details.
4. Intellectual property
All product photography, copy, brand marks and recipe notes are the property of Sakura Bites. Cursory browsing for personal reference is welcome; reproducing the catalog images or descriptions on other websites without written permission is not.
5. Third-party links
The Site references Google Fonts for typographic delivery and nothing else. We do not embed advertising networks, analytics services that track across sites, or social media tracking pixels.
6. Limitation of liability
Sakura Bites operates the Site on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, including but not limited to reliance on reference pricing before confirmation by the atelier.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable therein.
