Sakura Bites is a reference catalog run from a HACCP-certified prep kitchen in Al Quoz, Dubai. The catalog you see here is curated by a head chef with twenty years of Tokyo kitchen experience, working daily with line-caught fish sourced through Halal-certified suppliers at the Deira fish market.

We deliberately do not run a checkout counter. Every order begins as a private inquiry so our team can confirm the actual item, the weight at market that morning, and a delivery slot that matches your address. That is the only way we can keep the fish honest.

Chilled-door service, not just a courier

Dubai

Same-day slots seven days a week across all communities, including Business Bay, Marina, JBR, Downtown, Deira and JLT. 4°C chilled van, not a third-party rider.

Abu Dhabi

Next-day delivery to the capital and Al Ain. Same-day window available for orders confirmed before 11:00.

Sharjah & Northern Emirates

Two-day chilled service to Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Platters leave Dubai in our refrigerated van only.

Questions we hear most often

Do I pay online?

No. This site does not process card payments. Every order begins with an inquiry. The chef's atelier confirms availability, then payment is settled in cash or by card at the door when the chilled van arrives.

Why an inquiry instead of a checkout?

Sushi quality depends on the morning's catch. By speaking with you before we cut the fish we can hold the weight, the grain, and the actual piece rather than refunding substitutions.

Is your fish halal?

Yes. All seafood at Sakura Bites is sourced through halal-certified suppliers at the Deira fish market. We never handle shellfish that does not carry a halal chain.

Can I order for a corporate lunch?

Absolutely — corporate platters from twenty guests up are our most common order. Send the office address, the headcount, and your time window and our team will prepare a tailored brief.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

Not at this time. Our refrigerated van covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. International shipping would not preserve the rice nor the sashimi grain.
