1. What we collect
When you submit an inquiry through the on-page form, we collect only what you entered: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, emirate, preferred delivery date, headcount, optional notes for the chef, and a checkbox consent. The localStorage in your browser stores a copy of your shortlist and your most recent inquiry reference number. That information stays in your browser; it is not uploaded to our servers by the Site.
2. What we never collect
The Site does not collect card numbers, CVV codes, expiry dates, billing addresses, passport copies, Emirates ID numbers, or any financial data. The Site never displays a countdown timer, a "limited stock" pressure indicator, or a card-entry form. There is no payment processing integrated into this website.
3. How we use what you share
Your inquiry is delivered by email to our chef's atelier in Al Quoz, Dubai. We use your contact details to confirm today's catch, confirm the delivery window, and arrange chilled door delivery. We do not add you to any newsletter, marketing list, or third-party audience. We do not sell, rent or share inquiry data with any third party.
4. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses no third-party analytics, no advertising cookies, no Facebook or TikTok pixels, and no session-replay services. The only client-side storage is the inquiry cart and the last inquiry reference number, kept in your browser's localStorage so you can refresh the page without losing your shortlist.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of any inquiry we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or correct any detail. Write to hello@ with your reference number and we will respond within five UAE business days.
6. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 18. Inquiries are accepted only from adults arranging delivery for an address they can verify at the door.
