Shipping
Sakura Bites delivers chilled platters in a 4°C refrigerated van, never a third-party rider. The Site lists reference pricing only — every shipment is confirmed by our chef's atelier before it leaves the prep kitchen.
1. Delivery areas
- Dubai — every community, including Business Bay, Dubai Marina, JBR, Downtown, Deira, JLT, Arabian Ranches and Palm Jumeirah.
- Abu Dhabi — the capital and Al Ain.
- Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
2. Delivery windows
- Dubai: same-day, seven days a week. Cut-off for evening windows: 14:00 Gulf Standard Time.
- Abu Dhabi: next-day, with same-day available for inquiries confirmed before 11:00.
- Northern Emirates: two-day chilled service. Platters leave Dubai in our refrigerated van.
3. Free delivery conditions
Free chilled delivery across Dubai for any shortlist over AED 220. For baskets under AED 220 a chilled-van fee of AED 35 is added. For Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates a per-trip van fee of AED 55 applies regardless of basket size, to cover the refrigerated run.
4. Tracking
Our atelier confirms a delivery window in the email reply to your inquiry. The driver texts 30 minutes before arrival.
5. Substitutions
If the morning's catch is short of a specific fish, we will suggest an equivalent piece of the same grade and ask for your approval before substituting. Reference pricing is then updated to reflect the actual market weight.
